Zetta Jet, the fast-growing private jet operator based in Singapore, announced it has signed a definitive agreement on a merger with Advanced Air Management, a leading private aviation management company and Asia Aviation Company Pte Ltd, Singapore’s first locally-based and dedicated private aviation company.

Zetta Jet has signed service agreements with Jet Aviation to ensure seamless maintenance (MRO) and handling (FBO) services for the Zetta Jet fleet throughout Jet Aviation’s global MRO and FBO network.

Bombardier Business Aircraft announced today that four Challenger 650 jets will join the Global fleet of Singapore-based charter operator, Zetta Jet. The announcement follows the signature of a purchase agreement between China’s Minsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd and Bombardier Business Aircraft, as well as the signature of a strategic agreement on the co-operation in aircraft leasing between Minsheng Financial Leasing and Zetta Jet, at the National Business Aviation Association’s (NBAA) 2016 Convention and Exhibition in Orlando, Florida.

An additional Bombardier Global 6000 jet has joined the fleet of fast-growing, Singapore-based charter operator, Zetta Jet. The delivery ceremony took place at Bombardier Business Aircraft’s Global Completion Centre in Montréal. This latest Global aircraft to join Zetta Jet’s all Global fleet is slated to operate out of Zetta Jet’s North America hub in Los Angeles. Zetta Jet has selected Rockwell Collins’ ARINCDirectSM to provide its customers with the fastest internet speeds available through Viasat Yonder over KU band and Inmarsat Jet ConneX (JX) over KA band. Zetta Jet is the first business jet provider in Asia to offer high-speed connectivity across its fleet of aircraft.

Bombardier Business Aircraft announced today that Zetta Jet, the fast-growing private jet operator based in Singapore, has exercised options for two Global 6000 ultra-long range business aircraft. Zetta Jet currently operates a fleet consisting exclusively of six aircraft from the Global family. The company’s total aircraft order with Bombardier stands at four firm Global 6000 aircraft with options for two additional business jets, for the same aircraft model.

Zetta Jet and China’s AVIC International Leasing Co., Ltd. (AVIC Leasing), jointly announced the signing of a strategic agreement on the co-operation in aircraft financing and leasing at the Asian Business Aviation Conference and Exhibition (ABACE) 2016 in Shanghai, China. Under the agreement, AVIC Leasing will support the financing of Zetta Jet’s order of two Bombardier Global 6000 business jets that was announced on February 17, 2016.

Company exercises two options previously announced as part of an order placed in December 2015. With the Global 6000 aircraft’s exceptional long-range performance, today’s announcement positions Zetta Jet as a leading private jet operator in Asia.
